Defaults assume a mid-size response on GPT-5 Mini, and a voice minute of $0.09 Voice Engine plus $0.03 OpenAI TTS plus roughly $0.01 in LLM tokens. Reviews bill at $0.02 and Content AI images at $0.126. Phone System charges are not included — they apply to every call on every plan. This is a planning aid, not a quote.

Conversation AI
Priced on tokens. Input tokens are what goes to the model — your prompt, the conversation context and any knowledge it retrieves. Output tokens are what it writes back.
A conversation using 100,000 input and 25,000 output tokens on a model at $2.50 per 1M input and $20.00 per 1M output comes to roughly $0.75.

Voice AI
A Voice AI minute has three components: the Voice Engine, the text-to-speech voice, and the language model tokens. Phone System charges for the call itself sit outside this and apply on every plan.
A ten-minute call on OpenAI TTS is about $1.20 in AI voice charges — 10 × ($0.09 + $0.03) — before LLM tokens and Phone System charges.

Managed Agents
Managed Agents, previously Super Agents, bill by the run. A run is one agent execution, and how runs are counted depends on how the agent was invoked.

When a plan's monthly runs are used up, your location's AI Usage Limit decides what happens next: runs continue and overages bill at pay-per-use rates, or the agent stops until the next cycle.
Ask AI and AI Studio
Both are measured in five-hour windows, each plan carrying its own limit inside that window, with the Unlimited plans getting three times the Growth allowance. Reach the limit and access resets at the end of the window.
What a session costs varies with task complexity, how many messages you send, how many turns the AI takes, how many actions it prepares or completes, and whether it renders visuals or generates images.

Billing and administration
How AI usage is billed
AI Employee plans bill monthly on top of the $197 base subscription. Pay-per-use charges and overages bill on actual usage. Usage-based services — Phone System, Email System, AI usage, Email Validation, Autocomplete Addresses and Workflow premium features — all draw from your account wallet.
Controlling your spend
Every location can set an AI Usage Limit. Choose keep AI running, just notify to carry on past the limit at pay-per-use rates, or block AI at the limit to stop once the configured amount is reached. Turning spending limits off lets AI run uncapped.
Reviewing usage and charges
The AI Suite shows spend, token usage, transaction counts, pay-per-use charges, product- and model-level usage, billing mode, cost breakdowns and transaction-level detail. Your BizApp247 account manager can walk you through any of it.
Fair use
Unlimited usage is governed by the BizApp247 Terms of Service, including its excessive-use provisions. If usage becomes excessive, abusive or starts affecting platform performance, BizApp247 may throttle, limit, require an upgrade or end access.
Third-party model and provider rates move with provider updates, model versions, service tiers and how a feature is implemented on the platform. Confirm current in-app pricing before quoting rates externally.
Common questions
Are AI Employee plans on top of the base subscription?
Yes. Growth at $199, Inbound Unlimited at $400 and Inbound + Outbound at $800 are each added to the $197/month platform base. Pay-Per-Use carries no monthly AI fee — you pay only for what you run.
What separates the two Unlimited plans?
Inbound Unlimited covers unlimited inbound Voice AI and the widget, plus unlimited Conversation AI, Reviews AI and Content AI; outbound calls bill at pay-per-use rates. Inbound + Outbound adds unlimited outbound Voice AI — the one for follow-up campaigns, reminders and lead reactivation — and raises you to 15 users.
What happens when I hit the limits on Growth?
It depends on the location's AI Usage Limit. With keep AI running, just notify selected, or spending limits disabled, usage continues and overages bill at pay-per-use rates. With block AI at the limit selected, AI stops at the configured amount.
What does "usage included" mean for Ask AI and AI Studio?
Growth bundles a set amount of Ask AI and AI Studio usage into each five-hour window at no extra charge. Rather than being billed per token for every interaction, everyday usage is already covered by the plan.
What does "at token cost" mean?
You are billed on actual usage with no monthly AI fee. Every action consumes a number of tokens, and you are charged on the volume processed.
What does "included" mean across the plans?
Included features come with your plan at no extra cost on any tier, within that plan's fair-use limits. Exceed those limits and access may be restricted until the next billing cycle.
Do the 100 Growth voice minutes cover every call type?
Yes. The 100 agent minutes apply across inbound calls, outbound calls and the Voice AI widget, and combined usage counts toward the same monthly total.
Why can Voice AI still generate charges on a plan?
Plans cover AI usage, but Phone System charges apply to every call. On Growth, Voice Engine, TTS and LLM token costs also resume once the 100 minutes are used. On Inbound Unlimited, outbound calls bill at pay-per-use rates.
Why do two calls of the same length cost different amounts?
The time-based components match, but token usage varies with conversation length, number of turns, prompt size, retrieved context and the model selected.
Where do I see my AI usage charges?
The AI Suite shows product usage, token usage, transaction counts, pay-per-use charges and transaction-level detail. Your BizApp247 account manager can also send a breakdown on request.
Are Workflow AI Builder and Generate with AI billed as AI usage?
No. Both are free with fair-usage protections. Reach the daily limit and access resets within the reset window.
Does Content AI always create pay-per-use charges?
No. Content AI is included for supported usage on every AI Employee plan. On Pay-Per-Use, or past a plan's limits, text and image generation bill at pay-per-use rates.
Is Agent Studio included in any plan?
No. Agent Studio is pay-per-use on all four plans.
What do the terms on this page mean?
